  Sister Clubs and Projects

The Rotary Club of Las Vegas has had a "Sister Club" friendship with the Rotary Club of Calgary, Alberta, Canada since 2004. Rotarians from both clubs have visited each other since then and participated in social activities, fundraising events such as the Calgary Stampede barbeque and supported each other on numerous local and international projects.

A "Sister Club" also known as a "Partner Club" are two clubs in two countries that form a relationship. They do so for purposes of international fellowship, sharing projects and ideas, student exchange, cultural exchange and overall world peace and understanding of one another. Life time friendships are formed through Sister Clubs and funds go a lot further when we partner up on worthy international projects.
