Mr. Frazey earned degrees in Accounting (BS and MS from the University of Kansas) and Law (Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas).  While he no longer maintains an active law license he served as a licensed attorney in the State of Kansas for the first ten years of his career.  When he left Kansas to move to Florida as the Director of Taxes for the Ft. Lauderdale office of Arthur Young & Company, he allowed his State bar and CPA licenses to lapse as inactive.  Mr. Frazey is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the States of Florida and Nevada.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He has taught more than 50 credit hours of upper level accounting and business law courses in the University systems of the States of Kansas and Florida as well as speaking at various professional seminars across the United States.
