Jaime Goldsmith

Jaime Goldsmith, Catering Sales Manager at Treasure Island, has been a Las Vegas local since 2009. Originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jaime started her hospitality career in 1992. After graduating from Missouri State University in 2000, Jaime moved to New Orleans where she built a career at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside as a Food and Beverage Complex Manager. After Hurricane Katrina, she relocated to Sedona, AZ to be the Director of Restaurants. Jaime graduated as valedictorian at Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas. Upon graduating from culinary school, Jaime was a Master Cook for the opening of Cabo Wabo on the Las Vegas Strip and went on to work for two Iron Chefs, Kerry Simon and Mario Batali. Her culinary specialties include Indian, Thai and Mediterranean cuisines. In her current position, Jaime plans corporate meetings, charity galas, and wedding receptions. Jaime is co-chair for the SOAR program honoring the Las Vegas Valley’s first responders. She is also chair of the Wine to Water committee which raises money for the One Drop Foundation providing clean water to people in need. Jaime believes that you should live every day with an attitude of gratitude and make time to make a difference because volunteering and helping others shape the community around you.
