Janice Lencke brings over 20 years of high-level event planning, catering, and hotel sales experience to the company. Janice has served in various event planning capacities at hotels and venues in New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey and since 2005, Las Vegas. A significant highlight for Janice was when she successfully coordinated a special event for the Three Tenors along with 1500 guests after their performance at Giant Stadium.

Janice is active in the Las Vegas Rotary Club and has been a committee member for the Ronald McDonald House, as well. She has also served on the Economic Outlook Council at UNLV. Janice is past President of New York NACE. Janice was an active member of the Interstate Hotels and Resorts Corporate Council comprised of 12 individuals who were considered the company experts in the sales and catering industry. She also was on the Resorts Food and Beverage Advisory Board.

Janice pursues her passion of animal rescue with The Animal Foundation along with her daughter, Jade. They are proud owners of several dogs ranging from a German Shepherd to a Teacup Chihuahua.
