Stuart Lipoff is president of IP Action Partners Inc, a provider of technology and management consulting services to stakeholders in the Telcom, Info Technology, Media, and Electronics (T.I.M.E.) industry sectors. He has been elected a Life Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and is past president of The IEEE Consumer Electronics Society. Stuart is a licensed professional engineer in both Nevada and Massachusetts. He holds B.A. B.S.E.E., B.S.Engineering Physics, M.S.E.E. and MBA degrees and a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP).

A relatively new resident of Las Vegas for just under 10 years he lives in the midtown area with his wife Harriet. They have one son who lives and works in Singapore. In his spare time Stuart has earned certification as substitute teacher and takes on short vacancy assignments in the Clark County public schools in grades K-12. He also volunteers his time to train with the communications auxiliary of The Clark County Office of Emergency Services amateur radio volunteer group. He and has wife Harriet also take on host duty assignments in the McCarran Airport USO lounges.
