Alpine Picnic
Fellowship is an important part of our membership experience. One of our favorite annual summertime events is an Alpine picnic held at the cabin of a fellow Rotarian on Mt. Charleston, just 30 minutes and a world away from Las Vegas.
The day kicks off with a hike to the top of Cathedral Rock for the adventurous among us. Other stay at the cabin and enjoy a cold beverage (or two) in the shade of the pine trees away from the heat of the valley below.
A wonderful potluck BBQ follows and fun is had by all!
